This Aqua Fitness class is focused on improving your cardiovascular endurance, strengthening your muscles and promoting the movement of your body. Within this class we have several Aqua Zumba dance moves to help shake it up. No dance experience needed since your body is underwater. This class is an effective water-based workout that blends high energy dance moves with low - impact aqua fitness. You will get a workout by using the water to support your body and have a greater range of movement. Come join us for a new type of Pool Party.

No swimming experience necessary! Activities can be performed in the shallow or deep.
