Note:

Games are played evenings beginning in May.

Fees: $375/team
Eligibility: Players must be at least 18 years of age.

2025 Important Dates:
March 3 Teams may register
April 23 Team fees & roster due
—No Exceptions
April 28 Manager’s Meeting at 6:00 pm
May 5 Season begins
July 14 Last Night of Games
(unless weather cancellations occur)
July 21 Rain reschedule date
July 28 Rain reschedule date


Note:
The sponsor has control of the team's spot. If the sponsor does not claim its spot, control then goes to the manager of the team from the preceding year. If this person does not take the spot, it may be claimed by a majority of the team's players from the preceding year.

Game balls are provided by the department and umpires are assigned to your games.

Conduct:
All players and spectators are asked to conduct themselves in such a manner so as to promote a family type atmosphere in the park system.

Bat Restrictions:
The Amateur Softball Association of America (www.asasoftball.com) has identified a number of bats that have failed to meet their bat testing standards. These bats are listed on their website. These non-approved bats will not be allowed for use in the Watertown Softball Leagues.

Rained Out Games:
In the event of rain, the department will make a decision on the status of games by 3:00pm.
