Programs

This age group focuses on an introduction along with basic skills on all four apparatuses, as well as recognizing positions, terminology, fine tuning skills, following directions, and safety rules of the gym. A few examples of main skills worked: Seated kick or pullover on bars, beginning casts, 2ft turns and leaps on beam, beginning handstands. Following the completion of the session, students are evaluated on their readiness to be moved up to the next level.
