2025 Gold Star Self-Defense - 1pm

The Watertown Senior & Community Center will be piloting a new self-defense program on Tuesday, September 9 at 1pm for adults - ages 50+. Auxiliary Police Officer Kerry Kneser from the Watertown Police Department will be the presenter. Kerry and his side-kick “Bob” will take you through a series of verbal and non-verbal tactics to prepare you in a variety of situations. This program is FREE for Senior Center members, all others may pay a $1 activity fee.
