The Lower Pavilion with Dance Floor is an enclosed building located in Riverside Park, the city's most popular and scenic park. The lower area of the pavilion holds approximately 100 people. Between the upper and lower portion of the enclosed building holds approximately 180 people. The lower portion has kitchen area with stove and refrigerator. Other amenities include water and electric.

Outlets - 6 duplex outlets (Only one appliance per outlet)

Trash/Recycling - 4 trash barrels and 1 recycling barrel
